Building 3 is the first building you'll see when you drive in, with the large clock on the outside.
Arrival Information
Check-In
Your check-in time is noted in your booking confirmation. We work hard to prepare your space perfectly, so we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please let us know right away so we can make it right for you.
Smart Lock Access
We've made check-in seamless for you! Your access code has been sent via in-app messaging, email, and text. Please note: For your security, your access code is only active during your reservation period.
Wi-Fi
Stay connected during your visit! Your Wi-Fi name and password were included with your smart lock code and can be found in your booking app.
Parking
No parking pass required. Please park in the lot designated for your building.
Garage Parking: Some units have assigned garage spaces. Do not park in any garage without an assigned space or your vehicle will be towed.
Overnight Restrictions: No overnight parking is permitted in front of or across from Building 3, except in designated disabled parking spaces.
Fire Lanes & No Parking Areas: Do not park in any fire lanes or other marked no parking areas or your vehicle will be towed.

- ✓Set thermostats to 60 degrees (winter guests)
- ✓Close and latch all windows
- ✓Load dishwasher with dirty dishes, add detergent, and start the cycle
- ✓Turn off all lights and electronics
- ✓Secure slider door and front door (they should lock automatically)
- ✓Return both RFID access cards to the unit
